Determined, persistent, refined, reserved. Splendid straw-yellow color, clear and bright. Extremely typical and pleasant aroma, with hints of acacia flowers, pear, thyme, and almond. The greatest appeal is captured in the tasting, where flavors and aromas form a refined and engaging combination.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, in Collio it is the classic aperitif wine. Pairs well with prosciutto, salami, and cured meats in general; pleasantly accompanies fish dishes, fresh and aged cheeses.
