It presents a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights. Low in alcohol, with a delicate flavor profile with hints of rose, the aromas remain concealed at first taste emerging during drinking, releasing their complexity in the retro-nasal. “Drinkable” wine, almost chalky mineral, pleasant, thirst-quenching and very digestible.

Alcohol content: 14%.

Food pairings: Aperitif wine and from lean, Italian-style hors d’oeuvres; soups; pasta dishes (dry pastas and risottos) with basic vegetable and fish sauce. Very suitable with fish dishes (shellfish especially) both roasted and sautéed.
