It is in the fantastic climate of Collio Goriziano that Malvasia Istriana has found its maximum expression. A noble and decisive grape, it allows us to obtain a wine in which we believe greatly, a varied fruit capable of transitioning from fresh aromas of wildflowers to complex notes of spices and black pepper. It is a wine that tells the company philosophy, the essence of this land, structured and precise.
The vinification of the grapes is carried out by destemming the clusters and with a light maceration of a few hours: it continues with racking and controlled fermentation. The wine’s aging takes place in steel tanks with 10 months of contact with its own lees.
