Sincere and persuasive. Intense cherry red color with excellent visual impact. On the nose, it presents a medley of red fruits with slightly herbaceous and peppery notes. On the palate, it is full, straightforward and harmonious, rich in aromas and sweet tannins. Recommended with classic Friulian cuisine, such as frico, salami with vinegar, and cotechino with brovada.
