These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchases of products, experiences, or events (hereinafter “Products”) made by the Customer (hereinafter “Customer”) on the website www.enotecadicormons.com
The Customer acknowledges that the Seller of the Products, who is the contractual party with the Customer under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, is Enoteca di Cormons located at XXX, Via XXX, with a fully paid-up share capital of € XXX, Tax Code. /VAT /Business Register No. Gorizia XXX
Terms of Sale
The shipment will always be accounted for with a regular accompanying invoice or receipt, and unless otherwise indicated by the customer, it will be made available online in their personal order page (“Orders”).
The published prices of the products and offers may vary by vintage or format, therefore Enoteca di Cormons reserves the right to make changes without any notice.
In case a price has been published incorrectly due to an error, Enoteca di Cormons reserves the right to withdraw from the sale.
No wine sales to persons under 18 years of age
No sales of spirits to persons under 18 years of age
Shipping
Shipping within Italy is at the customer’s expense, free for orders over 6 bottles
International shipping: we do not handle international shipping directly, please contact your trusted carrier (DHL, UPS, MBE, TNT) and request a quote for the pickup of the goods at our store and the shipment to the EU or non-EU country of your choice. You will handle the shipment with the carrier, we will deliver the goods to your carrier after we have received payment for them.
In any case, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight (approximately 1.5kg for 75cl sparkling wine bottles, approximately 1.3kg for 75cl still wine bottles).
ATTENTION: UPON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, ALWAYS NOTE “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” ON THE COURIER’S WAYBILL TO AVOID LACK OF COMPENSATION IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN GOODS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE OUTSIDE.

Defective Goods / Damaged Shipment
In case of defective goods
They may be returned to Enoteca di Cormons within 10 days of delivery.
The shipping and packaging costs for returning the shipment are at the customer’s expense.
Defective goods will be replaced or refunded (if out of stock) by Enoteca di Cormons.
In case of damaged shipment
If you receive packages from Enoteca di Cormons visibly damaged by the courier (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leaking from any broken bottles), you can proceed as follows:
If there are multiple packages, return the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier’s waybill “With Reservation”. We will then take care of the return of the damaged package and resend it to you.
If it is a single-package shipment, return the shipment to the sender and, as before, we will handle the return and replacement of the shipment.
In case the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement. If you do not find any replacement product in our catalog, Enoteca di Cormons will refund the amounts paid.
Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and delivering the new one are entirely at our expense.
Right of Withdrawal
Information on the Right of Withdrawal
Purchases on the website www.enotecadicormons.com are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
Conditions of the Right of Withdrawal
The purchased item must be substantially intact
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or entities that purchase for resale to third parties in any capacity.
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal), therefore we recommend maximum attention in preparing the package, for example by using the original packaging.
To exercise this right, you must send us a communication to this effect within 10 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within an additional 15 days.
Procedure to Follow
Send an email to eshop@enotecadicormons.com containing the declaration of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:
order number and order date
invoice number or receipt
which products are subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the item code)
your bank details (IBAN code)
Subsequently, you must wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return.

Refund Times
Enoteca di Cormons undertakes to refund the customer within 14 working days from receipt of the goods by crediting the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods as shown on the invoice. The aforementioned amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999
