Nestled among the vineyards of Collio and woods, at the Corner of the Butcher of the Veliscek farm, we raise pigs and produce naturally aged cured meats, just like in the old days, in old cellars. We offer tastings, homemade dishes with our meat and vegetables, and a shop for purchasing our products.
