SERICA is an Istrian Malvasia DOC Collio Goriziano. Malvasia wine, particularly Istrian Malvasia as in our case, is among the various white grape Malvasias (Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Puntinata, Malvasia delle Lipari, Malvasia del Lazio) capable of producing aromatic and refined wines.
The name of this Malvasia stems from a very special moment for the family, making it even richer in love and passion.
The production area of this Malvasia from Cormons is Monte Quarin in the Collio Goriziano. The harvest is done by hand in small crates, while the vinification of Malvasia is carried out at full ripeness, after a gentle pressing. The wine originates in stainless steel, then matures in the bottle.
