It is in the fantastic climate of the Collio Goriziano that the Istrian Malvasia has found its fullest expression. A noble and decisive grape, it allows us to produce a wine in which we have great faith, a varied fruit capable of transitioning from fresh scents of wildflowers to complex notes of spices and black pepper. It is a wine that tells the company’s philosophy, the essence of this land, structured and precise.The vinification of the grapes is carried out by destemming the clusters and with a slight maceration for a few hours: it continues with a transfer and controlled fermentation. The wine is aged in steel tanks with 10 months on its own lees.
