With a brilliant intense yellow color, this wine stands out for its elegant and complex bouquet. The aromas of white flowers, jasmine, and acacia blend with fruity notes of honeydew melon, yellow peach, and candied apricot, with tropical hints of passion fruit and pineapple. Citrus accents and creamy pastry nuances, caramelized almond, and vanilla combine with a balsamic finish of citron, thyme, and licorice.

On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious, with a pleasant acidic vein that enhances its minerality and sapidity. Tropical and dried fruits intertwine with delicate creamy and spicy notes of white pepper and cardamom. The finish is long and refined.

With 13.5% alcohol content, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, vegetable-based first courses, white meats, and cheeses. Serve at 14-15°C.
