The “Decimo” cuvée is a robust blend of Friulano, Malvasia Istriana, and Ribolla Gialla, created to celebrate the company’s 10th anniversary and produced in limited quantities.
On the nose, it concentrates on powerful floral and yellow-fleshed fruit aromas, enticed by refreshing mineral sensations.
On the palate, it is a sharp, energetic, and enveloping white wine, guided by a taut and incisive sapidity within an articulated and seductive sip.

In the vineyard, herbicides are banned, with copper and sulfur being the only substances used.
The average age of the vines is 60 years.
“Decimo” is produced using historical varieties, utilizing the best grapes from the last 5 harvests.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for several months.
It then rests for at least 7 months in the bottle.
A small portion of the production, about 15%, ages in small oak barrels.
